Ever wonder what that popping sound is when you rotate your hips? Feel like your hips are tight but you can't seem to improve with stretching? Join Laurel Wolfzinger, PT, DPT for a deep dive into anatomy, biomechanics and function of the hips with a focus on how they support circus-specific movement. In this workshop we'll explore circus-specific mobility and strength exercises to optimize hip performance and build tools to support injury prevention and long-term joint health.
