Dive into the world of all things ground skills! In this class students will learn a mix of partner acrobatics, handstands, tumbling, wire, unicycling, prop manipulation (juggling, diabolo), rola bola, and more!

Level: Intermediate / Advanced
Fall 2025: Mondays from 7:45-9pm starting September 22 and ending December 15 with Elan Reuven
This class is intended for anyone who has a foundation of handstand practice and wants to fine-tune their handstand. The class will include conditioning, flexibility, and body awareness to open up the pathways to a successful handstand practice.
Pre-requisite: ability to do a 30-60 second plank, comfort kicking up to a handstand in the middle of the room unspotted (do not need to hold)

This progressive 6-week series is designed for hoopers looking to deepen their flow, refine their movement, and build choreography with intention. Students will not only learn structured sequences but also develop their own unique choreography, exploring how movement, rhythm, and personal style come together to tell a story. This class encourages creative expression while offering foundational drills, sequencing exercises, and movement exploration to expand hoop dance practice. All levels are welcome.

This class is designed to provide adults with a space for playful tumbling based movement. We will focus on many variations on rolls, handstands, cartwheels, as well as prop assisted bridges, walkovers, and handsprings for those interested. Class will provide accompanying mobility and strength exercises that support these movements, with options for all access points.
