Active Flexibility Drop In (12+)

$22 per class From $17 per visit with Six Drop in Pass (one free!) pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This class is designed to provide a consistent set of exercises to build active flexibility for those who feel in tune with their strength and flexibility but want to dive deeper into their range of motion - developing the ability to use your flexibility in functional ways which is beneficial for all circus disciplines. Students taking this class are expected to be able to accurately self- assess the level of mobility that they wish to work through. If you are new to mobility and strength training, consider joining in on the Deep Stretch class on Fridays instead.
