Intermediate Rope (18+)

Level: Intermediate
Fall 2025: Thursdays from 6:30-7:45pm starting September 25 and ending December 18 with Alex Sosebee
Pre-reqs:
Confidence climbing multiple times during class
Confidence with long arm/short arm hang in the air
Proficiency with hip key, hitch, foot knot.
Ability to invert in the air on a vertical aparatus.
Ability to do a front balance, back balance. s-wrap and wheel down
Students do not need to have rope experience as long as they meet these pre-requisites on fabric.
