Beginner Trapeze (18+ with exceptions)

Winter 2026: Tuesdays from 6:30-7:45pm starting January 20 and ending April 14 with Alex Sosebee
Beginner trapeze is for anyone who knows they really want to focus on trapeze skills specifically. Students must have experience in at least one 12 week session where trapeze was explored. Focus will be on the fundamental shapes, pathways, and theories that lead to trapeze skills and sequencing.
Pre-requisite: at least one session of classes that explored trapeze
For students wanting to jump right into a beginner aerial class of a specific apparatus (without previous experience in that discipline), we recommend scheduling at least 2 private lessons with our staff. This will catch students up with the curriculum needed to link up with other beginner students. Email claire@circusculture.org for more information.
