Intermediate Lyra Transitions (Ages 12- adult)

A chance for intermediate students with a baseline foundation of Lyra mounts, dismounts, poses, rotations to explore the world of transitions on the Lyra! We will practice getting from one pose to another with creative prompts to inspire new movement patterns. Be ready to get funky and find new pathways! Pre-requisites: Twelve weeks of Lyra learning minimum. Students will be met where they are to find pathways between movements they are comfortable with but should have previous Lyra specific experience. |
