All levels Restorative Hammock Stretching (ages 16-adult)
$20 per class
A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.
In this class students will work on stretching and caring for our bodies in the hammocks as well as other playful movements. Plan to feel playful, relaxed, and all stretched out by the end of class. Pre-requisites: Active aerial practice. |
