Tuesdays from 6:30pm to 7:45pm starting Sep 21, 2021 and ending Dec 14, 2021 with Ainsley Fleming-Wood
This class focuses on skill building as well as the pathways and techniques that connect things together into innovative sequences. This mixed level class will provide scaffolded options so that those with different skill levels will be met where they are.
Pre-requisites: Appropriate for aerialists with at least one session of Lyra learning, comfort inverting, experience with rolls and balances, ability to sit on the bar from a long arm hang at the top.
